What is a random football team generator?
A random football team generator picks a club for you when you can’t, or shouldn’t, choose for yourself. This wheel holds 136 teams: every club of the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Morocco’s Botola Pro, plus the 24 nations of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. It opens on the Premier League, and one tap on a chip switches league.
Gamers spin it to start a career with a club they would never have picked. Friends use it to settle who plays as whom, and quiz hosts to choose the next mystery team. It is free, needs no account and keeps working offline once the page has loaded.
How to use the football wheel
- Pick a league chip. Premier League is selected first; “All 136” mixes every team.
- Press Spin, or swipe the wheel with your thumb.
- The club appears in big letters, ready to screenshot or share.
- Drafting for several players? In Settings, set “After each spin” to Elimination so no club comes up twice, and type the players’ names in “Result titles”.

The club lists follow each league’s 2025-26 line-up. Promotion and relegation change a few names every summer, so check your league before a serious draw: deleting a relegated club or typing a promoted one takes seconds in the editor, and your version is saved on your device.

Draft night
Each player spins in turn. With Elimination on, a club drawn once leaves the wheel, so two friends never end up with the same team. Settle who drafts first with the dice roller: highest roll starts.
Draw tournament groups with friends
Organizing a console tournament for eight? Form the pairs or groups with the random team generator, then give each player a club from this wheel with Elimination on. To build groups of clubs directly, set “Winners per spin” to 4: one spin draws a full group, ranked 1 to 4. For the knockout rounds, a quick coin flip decides who picks the side or kicks off.
AFCON and 2030 World Cup special
The AFCON 2025 chip holds the 24 national teams of the Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Morocco from December 2025 to January 2026, from Morocco, Senegal and Egypt to Comoros and Botswana. Spin it to pick your country for a console tournament or a quiz on African football.

Is the football wheel random?
Yes. On the Premier League chip each club has a 1 in 20 chance, or 5%; on “All 136” it is 1 in 136, about 0.74%. The team is chosen by your browser’s cryptographic random generator before the wheel moves, so a hard flick won’t help your favorite club. The fairness page shows the method and lets you test it.

Which leagues are included?
Six leagues and one tournament: the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, the Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Morocco’s Botola Pro, plus the 24 national teams of AFCON 2025. That makes 112 clubs and 24 nations. Each has its own chip above the wheel, and “All 136” puts every team on one wheel for a big mixed draw.
Are the teams up to date?
The clubs follow each league’s 2025-26 line-up, and the update date is shown at the bottom of this page. Every summer a few clubs go up or down, so before a draw that matters, compare with the current table: remove a relegated club and add a promoted one in the editor. Your edited wheel is saved automatically on your device.
Can I draw national teams instead of clubs?
Yes. Tap the AFCON 2025 chip to spin the 24 African nations of the last Africa Cup of Nations. For a World Cup style draw, clear the list and paste the nations you need, one per line, or start from the full list of 195 countries on the country wheel and keep only the teams you want.
How do I organize a tournament with friends?
Count the players, then split them into groups or pairs with the random team generator. Give each player a club from this wheel with Elimination on, so every team is unique. Play the group matches, keep the scores on paper or in a shared note, and let a coin flip settle the kick-off of each final.
Can I make a random football player wheel?
Yes. Clear the entries and type or paste player names, one per line, for example your fantasy squad or the strikers you are hesitating between.
