What LuckyWheel is

LuckyWheel is a free online service for random draws: spinning a wheel, picking names or numbers, forming teams, flipping a coin or rolling dice. It is meant for decisions, games, classrooms and giveaways. The site does not organize any contest itself, awards no prizes and involves no payment of any kind.

Intellectual property

The design, code, texts, logo, illustrations and ready-made lists of LuckyWheel are protected by intellectual property law and belong to [COMPANY NAME] or its licensors. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link to the source. Any other copy or reuse of the site, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission.

Instagram, WhatsApp and the other brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners. LuckyWheel is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them.

Your wheels belong to you

The entries, names, titles and settings you put in a wheel remain yours, and we claim no right over them. They are kept in your browser’s storage, and our server never holds them. When you share a wheel, its content travels inside the link, so anyone who receives that link can open it.

You are responsible for what you put in a wheel and for what you share: respect other people’s rights and privacy, and do not use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Use of the service and liability

LuckyWheel is provided free of charge and as is. We do our best to keep it available, accurate and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of errors. Your wheels depend on your browser’s storage, so download a full backup from My wheels before clearing your data or changing device.

If you use a draw to award prizes, you are the organizer: you publish the rules, comply with the law where the contest runs and contact the winners. The raffle generator page shares general good practices, which are not legal advice.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Moroccan law. Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [CITY], Morocco. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the wheels I create?

You do. The lists, names and settings you enter remain your property, and we never receive them because they are stored in your browser. If you share a wheel by link, you remain responsible for its content. We only own the site itself: its design, code, texts and ready-made templates.

Can I use LuckyWheel for a business giveaway?

Yes. Shops, brands and creators can use every tool for free, including for contests with prizes, such as the Instagram giveaway picker. You remain the organizer: write clear rules, check the regulations of your country and announce the result openly. For a wheel with your logo and colors, ask us for a quote.
